Bellingham Land
The City of Bellingham Planning Department predicts that the number of people who reside in and around the city will increase by 31, 601 by the year 2022. In July 2005, the agency also estimated that it has about 2500 acres of land available for residential development. When you factor in the number of existing housing units, 17 years from now the Bellingham land supplies will fall short by 8,000 people. The land shortage is further compounded by the amount of green space that the city sets aside for parks and natural reserves. All of these figures just confirm what current and potential residents of Bellingham already know. Land is scarce in Bellingham. Because Bellingham land is available in very limited supplies, it can be really hard to find. Of course, if you're working with an experienced real estate agent, the process becomes a little easier. That's because an experienced realtor will know exactly where to look to locate the land you're searching for. If you want to build your dream home from the ground up in the fair town of Bellingham, please give the real estate agency of Ken Harrison a call. My staff and I are very experienced in locating and securing available land for our clients. If the land is currently on the market or soon will be, rest assured that we know about it and would be more than happy to show it to you.
