There are several resources out there for locating available properties in Bellingham. You could search the real estate listings in the Bellingham Herald, our local newspaper. Or you could peruse the periodicals put out by Harmon Homes or The Real Estate Book. If you don't currently live in Bellingham, it can be difficult to get your hands on these publications. That's probably why you're searching the Internet. By now, you've probably discovered that the Internet is an invaluable resource for locating Bellingham real estate listings. Just about every realtor in the area has his or her own personal website. On these websites you will generally find MLS listings as well as the realtor's personal listings. All real estate agents that subscribe to the two MLS that serve the area will pretty much have the same properties listed on their sites, but their personal listings are a different story. When a seller decides to only list property with one real estate agent, it becomes a personal listing. What makes my listings so unique is they are accompanied with 3-D virtual tours, which I've set to music. My virtual tours have often been compared to mini-movies. And some buyers were even able to base their decision to buy simply on the virtual tours.
