Ken Harrison Earns Designation; Providing Bellingham Homeowners With New Designation In Market Analysis, Pricing, And Staging Their Home For The Sale

Bellevue WA, November 12, 2004 - Coldwell Banker Miller Arnason announced today that Ken Harrison has earned the professional designation, Certified Home Marketing Specialist . This new Coldwell Banker University" program enhances a sales associate's ability to help clients by providing in depth market analysis, effective pricing strategies, and home staging so that their property will sell quickly and for the best price obtainable. This Coldwell Banker" course was developed by Martha Webb, the author and producer of Dress Your House for Success, exclusively for Coldwell Banker University, the national education center for Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation.

"The course covered an in depth study of marketing homes in today's competitive environment and fast paced business. This new designation of Home Marketing Specialist is well deserved by Ken.
