Photography - Photography is another one of my passions, so I do ALL of the still photography required. This is a huge benefit for catching that magical sunset or view shot - "The Money Shot" - whenever it presents itself. This is also helpful for capturing the change of seasons or a garden bloom as well - as I do not need to rely on the availability or extra expense of a photographer after the listing has been launched. Aerial drone footage is also available.
Matterport Tour - I hire a professional videographer to shoot a 360-degree video tour of the home, giving our prospective buyer virtual access to the entire home, no matter where they are in the world.
Staging - I have a wonderful interior designer to evaluate and consult us in the staging of a home for the market. - If additional staging is recommended, we can discuss that further as this is a seller's expense.
Digital Marketing - I will design and pay for social media ads on FaceBook, Instagram and our Compass Networking Channels.
Print Advertising - as over 90% of people searching the internet for real estate, I still have print ads in local magazines driving folks to my website where they will see your home and easy access to all the details.
